  • Delivery timeframe: 5–12 business days within the United States.

  • Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.

  • Shipping confirmation: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

  • Shipping area: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

Returns

  • Return window: Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Final sale: Sale items and intimates are final sale and not eligible for return.

  • Refunds: Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Exchanges: We're happy to exchange for a different size or color, subject to availability.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@everlineventures.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days.

  3. Drop off your package at any carrier location. That's it!
